We have an exciting Project Manager opportunity working for a global Insurer on a large-scale HR Transformation . 

This isn't your standard delivery role, you'll be working across multiple streams driving the coordination, managing reporting and governance as well as key stakeholders. You'll have deep agile experience and be able to run sprints. 

 

To drive the enterprise agenda forward with precision, ensuring strategic outcomes that meet stakeholder needs, we're seeking someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to spearhead transformational initiatives, eliminating redundancy, driving cost efficiency, and elevating service levels through Analytics and Innovation.
  • Conduct thorough business, project, and change impact analyses, identifying risks, mitigations, and alternatives.
  • Strategise and organise function-specific initiatives, contributing to overall strategies and policies.
  • Harness the power of data to propel business performance and inform decisions.
  • Play a pivotal role in recruiting and onboarding key project personnel and selecting delivery partners.
  • Conduct meticulous risk analysis for all proposed initiatives, ensuring identification, mitigation, and escalation where necessary.
  • Uphold compliance with relevant legislation and advocate for a robust risk and compliance culture through effective procedure design and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain effective project and change management frameworks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Present initiative intents and outcomes persuasively, delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
     

Experience:

  • Proven project management experience on large, complex transformations
  • Experience coordinating across multiple projects/streams
  • Strong reporting and governance experience
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis and business impact assessment
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting data/analytics architectures
  • Track record of developing and presenting business cases to senior stakeholders
