The Transformation/Change Manager will be responsible for leading transformative initiatives organisation-wide. This role will involve strategic planning, project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, risk management, communication, and quality assurance.


Taking a proactive approach, you will collaborate across departments to integrate various improvement initiatives into a structured project management framework. Additionally, you will assist business leaders in effectively executing these projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organisational objectives, identifying avenues for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and garner support for transformation efforts.
  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement change management plans, facilitating a seamless transition for employees during transformative initiatives. Address resistance and promote the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  • Analyse data to identify key initiatives, areas for improvement, and performance metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to align program objectives and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
     

 

About you:

  • Degree or certification in Project Management, Change Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing transformation projects, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Familiar with change/project frameworks and the ability to implement
  • Proficiency in project management, exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience, with the ability for strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in organisational transformation.
