Outside of the office, Maxwell is passionate about community causes and is heavily involved in surf lifesaving. He loves spending time outdoors exploring and can be found surfing and hiking on the weekends, often coming in with a well-earned sunburn by Monday.
If Maxwell could spend a year learning a new skill he would: Learn mountaineering, to unplug from city life and venture out into the wilderness.
