• A significant trend is the shift towards a permanent job market

• Candidates in the transformation space who are used to contract work will need to be flexible

• Agile is a key skill in demand so highlight this experience in a CV

• Employers will need to showcase the benefits outside of salary that come with a permanent position at their company, with working remotely still an expectation from potential employees
