Himali focuses on placing contract roles for accountants from recently qualified to Financial Controller level. The roles typically involve covering maternity leave, supporting year end reporting, running finance projects or systems implementations and contract to permanent assignments. She works with listed and privately held organisations within Commerce & Industry. 

Himali has always specialised in helping clients find contract finance talent. Before joining T+O+M Executive in January 2021, she worked for a global professional recruitment firm with a particular focus on small and medium businesses.

Himali is most often complimented for her positive attitude and service mentality. She goes above and beyond, working quickly to help organisations find the right people. 

Himali is passionate about family & friends, the piano, all things Nepal and animals, especially her pet cat Valerie. If she wasn’t working in recruitment, Himali would be a veterinarian or volunteering with animals.

If Himali could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning a musical instrument. "I've accomplished all the piano grades but still have a hankering to play another instrument. I've got my eyes on the Cello!"
