Prior to joining T+O+M, Karishna worked in the insurance industry for 11 years. After completing a degree in HR, she started her career cold calling and has since worked in a variety of roles within the world of insurance with each opportunity allowing her to explore and grow.

As T+O+M’s contractor administrator, Karishna is responsible for all aspects of our contingent workforce’s interaction with T+O+M including the initial onboarding process and ongoing paperwork management. 

Karishna is most often complimented on her resilience and proactivity at work. She teams this with a positive attitude which means she is always smiling even when working under pressure.

Professionally she is always passionate about looking for ways to help improve the business to help to achieve the organisational goals and vision.  Outside of work, Karishna is passionate about food, life and travel! 

If Karishna could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: creativity collaboration, persuasion and emotional intelligence.
