Are you a seasoned Change Analyst or Change Manager with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Oracle Cloud? Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and ensuring smooth transitions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

 

Our client is a leading global organisation in the supplements sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions. As they continue to grow and adapt to the evolving market, they are seeking a talented and experienced Change Analyst + Change Manager to join the team and work on a PLM transformation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans on the PLM transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and project managers, to understand business requirements and develop change management strategies aligned with project goals
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans, training materials, and support resources to ensure employees understand and embrace the changes brought about by PLM transformation
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Analyst/Manager, preferably with experience in PLM or Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance to change effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and change-related communications.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a bonus
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) or Oracle Cloud solutions (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud) is highly desirable
