A top Financial Institution is looking for a permanent Change Manager to play a invaluable role in supporting the Risk practice in the Bank. The division plays a critical role in identifying, monitoring and managing a range of risks across their diverse operating environment.

You will be involved in the development and execution of activities required to implement strategic change and provide functional leadership and assist the business with readiness activities for the allocated Portfolio.

The main responsibilities of the role will revolve around 4 main areas

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Change Management
  • Risk Management 
  • Driving high performance 

Knowledge and Expertise required 

  • Must have 1-3 years' experience as a Change Manager
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Sound presentation skills to high quality and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
  • Capacity to deliver multiple outcomes in very tight timeframes and pressured environment 
  • Financial Services and Risk experience preferable
