The IT team is looking for a Change Manager who can showcase their skills and passion during a 24-month fixed term duration. The Role:

 

The Change Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the change program associated with implementing a new ERP system within the business nationally.

The role will work under guidance from the ERP Program Director to execute the change program to achieve successful implementation of the ERP, and business process changes as required. Work generates according to the planned and agreed change program and overall project plan.

 

Specific Accountabilities:

 

  • Develop, gain approval and implement a change management strategy for the project, nationally.
  • In conjunction with key operational and managerial stakeholders, develop an actionable and targeted change management plan, including an engagement and communication plan.
  • Maximise employee adoption and usage of new operational system and also minimise resistant behaviours from employees and or stakeholders
  • Development of a Change readiness checklist as well as a Change success scorecard to measure effectiveness of the change
  • Regularly consult and coach regional champions to ensure they understand their role and perform it to expectations
  • Provide input to the training plan and support the design and delivery of the agreed training package
     

Required Skills:

 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within IT / Systems change management
  • Advanced communication skills including, written, verbal and infographics
  • Be seen as an advocate for change
  • Demonstrated ability to tailor communications to targeted audiences
  • Highly motivated to achieve set goals
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as a key member of a delivery team
  • Blue collar experience is a must - logistics, manufacturing, transport, supply chain etc (desirable)
  • ERP transformation / implementation experience (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification related to Change Management (desirable)
