About the business

T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting a fulltime Costing Analyst position for a blue chip FMCG organisation based in Sydney. 

This role will require candidates to have some prior costing experience using excel or any ERP.

 

About the role

This role will report to the Finance Manager, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare product costings on a regular basis
  • Identify key drivers and understand commodity movements
  • Understand constraints and improving templates
  • Develop strong relationships with management to embed financial analysis and decision support 
  • Identify key performance issues and provide solutions
  • Support submission of annual budget and forecast
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

Skills and experience

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a costing role
  • CA/CPA or relevant qualification
  • Strong Excel skills required – index match, sumif, lookup
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
