T+O+M Executive are working exclusively with an international FS company based in the CBD to recruit a Finance Manager to join their expanding organisation.
- Work closely with Finance & the business to help achieve strategic goals
- A broad, hands on role with direct access to senior leaders within the business
- $140k - $160k base + super.
Duties of the role include but not limited to:
- Management reporting for expenses, including budgeting & forecasting and monthly reports
- Sit within the business to be the Finance SME to drive efficiencies and performance
- Review, sign off & authorise payroll on a monthly basis
- Oversight of the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Continuous focus on process improvement to streamline processes
- Any other ad hoc duties relating to projects, systems, compliance or governance and risk.
Requirements for Success:
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Experience in payroll extremely advantageous
- Highly motivated and ability to influence decisions and work with senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with non-finance stakeholders
- Able to manipulate large data sets and translate into usable analysis
