Our client, a leading global software company, is seeking an experienced Head of HR to spearhead strategic HR initiatives across their international operations. 

This role is ideal for an HR professional with a passion for culture, talent management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the global HR Strategic Program, embedding the company’s core values.
  • Lead cultural change, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
  • Implement performance management and succession planning frameworks.
  • Mentor leaders to enhance management and recruitment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with international HR legislation (Australia, UK, Canada), including payroll, IR/ER, OHS, and Defence sector screening.
  • Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and ISO regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, development, and cultural transformation.
  • HR leadership experience within growing SMEs, ideally in Software, IT, or Defence sectors.
  • Proven change management and transformation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
