We at TOM Executive have partnered with a boutique Fund Manager to recruit an Investment Operations Analyst for a permanent role based in the Sydney CBD.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with Custodian, Administrator and Investment Managers;
- Ensure timely completion of all transactions and reporting requirements;
- Manage daily funding and redemption liquidity requirements;
- Manage and coordinate investment transitions;
- Maintain a robust policy and process for unit pricing validation and controls, along with other key operational processes;
Your Experience:
- 2 years plus experience in Investment or Market operations
- Finance / Accounting or relevant degree / CA or CPA is highly desirable.
- Advanced excel
