Management Consultant – Financial Services

My client a leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to work on various strategic projects. The successful candidate will be involved in program oversight, program delivery support, reporting and PMO Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintenance of core PMO Processes, Status Reporting, Change Control and Program Structure.

Creation and assurance of multiple program steering Group Documents.

Monitoring the organisations project management methodologies & reporting, you will identify and contribute to enhancements.

Set up, maintenance and control of internal and external key governance meetings.

Working with the Project Managers and Business Leaders you will provide advice and support in all project planning and management activities.

Legal minute taking of transaction meetings.

Resource onboarding & SharePoint management.

Work alongside Project Managers to ensure best practice project management is delivered.


About You:

3- 5 years’ experience working as a PMO specifically within the Financial Services sector

Experience working in a projects and strategic environment

A strong understanding of process improvement and change management

A strong consultancy background

Strong stakeholder engagement with an ability to influence a number of stakeholders
