As Operations Manager you will partner closely with our Chief Operating Officer and team.  Based in in the Eastern Suburbs you will be more than just a contributor; you're ensuring customer applications transition smoothly from initiation to completion, enhancing the experience for our customers and team alike.  You will have ample opportunity to innovate and improve processes.

To be successful in your application:

• Extensive experience in the mortgage lending operations (preferably residential);
• Apple to provide examples of providing business improvement
• Good business acumen, judgment and insight
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with a breadth and depth of responsibilities beyond a typical operations role.
