Responsibilities:

• Nurture and expand existing client relationships.
• Provide strategic advice on attracting top talent and building effective teams.
• Take charge of advertising, interviewing, matching, placing, and providing after-placement care.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and guide candidates in resume preparation.
• Collaborate closely with our team to deliver end-to-end recruitment services.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the banking and finance market.
• Leverage your industry networking experience to attract high-quality clients and candidates.

What You Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent employment experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the recruitment industry or finance sector.
• Knowledge of the financial services environment is advantageous.
• A consultative approach to business development and client retention.
• Commercial acumen to make decisions that drive your business forward.
• Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
