T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting a fulltime Senior Financial Accountant position with a global tech organisation with headquarters in Canada.
Their Sydney entity is currently recruiting a fulltime Financial Accountant role, reporting to the CFO. This will be a fully remote role, so would suit an experienced (5+ years) Financial accountant.
The working hours are based on Sydney hours so no having to work with tricky timezones.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Performing month-end and year-end close activities for all entities across the Group, preparing and reviewing of complex monthly journals
- Assist with the budget and forecasting process
- Balance Sheet Analysis
- Variance analysis
- Assist with the budget
- Prepare Cashflow Statements
- Assist with process improvements and other ad hoc tasks
Experience
- CA/CPA fully qualified
- 5 + years as an Accountant in industry
- Excellent communication skills
