Senior Analyst, Customer / Marketing Analytics

This industry leader has been expanding its analytics capabilities across their marketing business units and partners.

Analytics and customer interactions are at the centre of the businesses strategic direction, and there is a genuine excitement for what can be achieved and the impact the team / individual can have through campaign management and analytics.

You will be a key member of the customer team possessing a campaign background that allows you to bridge the gap between the marketing office and the execution teams.

Responsibilities include:

Partnering with marketing analytics and product management teams to segment the customer base
Analysing the results of campaigns and other strategic marketing activities
Analyse large data sets and build campaigns that improve our customer understanding
Act as a specialist in the marketing campaign development process
Develop faster, more efficient reporting production systems
Understand the different data systems and sources
To be considered you will need to have strong campaign / marketing / customer analytics experience (any industry). Strong SQL skills are essential ideally with exposure to Python. You will need to be comfortable working with large data sets and using advanced technical skills to analyse them.
