Our client, a top tier Insurer in Sydney, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale program. Product knowledge of Insurance products, process and platforms is essential. You will partner closely with the Business to deliver meaningful business change and fix gaps by utilizing your project lifecycle management and business analysis skills.

This is a greenfield General Insurance transformation project, one of the biggest & most exciting programs in the market. You'll be joining at the early stages of the program and get a chance to really make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Business requirements gathering & analysis
• Current & future state process design, analysis & mapping
• Engaging with stakeholders, building relationships and documenting impacts
• Gap analysis and identifying gaps in implementation plans
• Drive transformation outcomes
• Review, challenge and support vendors as part of functional designs and test scenarios
   

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years business analysis experience with a General Insurer
• Agile experience
• Demonstrable examples of delivering business requirements and process analysis
• Knowledge of business analysis & project methodology
• Ability to consult and build buy-in from business stakeholders
