Senior Change Manager
10-month initial contract
Up to $1200 incl super
You'll be working with our well-known client on the tech separation of capital markets, reporting into the change lead.
This is an end to end role, you'll be a stand-alone change person on this project so you can really put your stamp on it (there is a communications person in BAU for support).
You'll be focusing on the business adoption of solutions in the new private markets business. They're currently in the scoping phase and possibly getting a consultancy in to help with delivery.
There's around 100 business applications at the moment and they're looking to rationalise it down to 70. The HR system they're deploying group-wide is Oracle but it won't be feasible for capital markets so they're looking for a new system.
