T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join a well known ASX listed organisation in the FMCG space. Candidates must have property business case experience to apply.
This is a permanent fulltime with opportunity, with 1 or 2 days based in the Sydney CBD office. This role sits within the Property Finance team with a strong focus on partnering with property stakeholders.
About the role
This role will report to the Commercial Manager, where your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with property and retail fleet teams to support business case assumptions, whilst providing financial analysis and decision support
- Support post implementation reviews for property investments
- Provide insights and analysis on optimising returns on property investments
- Provide key support in budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare and evaluate business cases
- Build financial models for new retail stores
- Ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders

Skills and experience
- CA/CPA or relevant qualification
- Must have strong business case experience within property or FMCG
- Feasibility modelling experience would be advantageous
- Strong financial modelling skills
