An exciting opportunity for a User Administrator/Management individual to join a great company working within Financial Services. This role will report directly into the Operations Manager! 

4 days WFH and flexible working hours – Office in Sydney CBD. 

About the role: 

  • Providing administrative and project support. 
  • Troubleshooting user access issues (basic). 
  • User access administration.
  • User access management, including onboarding new users and supporting user’s issues (password reset, etc.).
  • Develop and maintenance Confluence pages.
  • User training.
  • Ensuring that users comply with terms of use and contractual relationships.
  • Liaise with participant organisations and registered users.

Technical services include: 

  • Confluence administration & maintenance.
  • Security review and ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Work with the team to identify new/enhanced processes, etc to continuously drive efficiency, quality and innovation.
  • Management of user maintenance.
  • Ensuring all user management information is up to date.
  • Production of regular updates and monthly reports.
  • Communication with key stakeholders in respect of user matters relating to associated service offerings.

Client services include: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.

About you:  

  • Microsoft skills. 
  • Atlassian, Jira and Confluence. 
  • OKTA - Okay to pick up as you go. 
  • Strong customer service skills
