Bank Branch Manager

A Bank Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the branch of a bank.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the bank branch
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to all customers
  • Managing and developing a high-performing team
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the market
  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with changes to the banking industry landscape
  • Managing and monitoring branch budgets and expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to customers based on their specific needs
  • Representing the bank at industry events and forums

Typical requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Bank Branch Manager or similar role in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Full Australian driver’s licence
