Our human resource team places Learning and Development roles into Sydney’s leading businesses across all industries.

The L&D title has evolved over time and can be found within People & Culture roles. More recently, organisations have split the roles and a focus on L&D is found to be a key strategic move in retaining employees and using L&D as part of their EVP.

The role is accountable for the smooth operations of L&D programmes. An LMS subject matter expert, the role ensures that the system is utilised to its full capacity. As the candidate will leave and breathe LMS solutions, the right candidate will enjoy implementing effective processes which enable a great learning experience for the end-user. The role also requires reporting skills in extracting learning metrics / date and compiling reports for senior managers and human resources.

Responsibilities include:

Engagement and support stakeholders and LMS system users

Effectively manage the LMS system and content management

Build robust processes for system users

Extract LMS data to provide reporting and metrics

Upload and assign training sessions including learning materials and assessments

Issue, deploy and track mandatory and non-mandatory training activities

Provide input into training strategy and initiatives working closely with HR Managers

Coordinate onboarding training including WH&S systems training and compliance
