OD (organisational development)

Our human resource team places Organisational Development roles into Sydney’s leading businesses across all industries.

A junior organisational development manager will typically hold a tertiary level qualification in Leading and Development or Training and Assessment, where as a senior role will sit in a key leadership position. A candidate will have the opportunity to advise, design and deliver contemporary organisational development strategies, projects and initiatives that build the capability of the organisation.

A candidate’s portfolio of organisational development programs will include leadership development, talent development, capability and services such as coaching and psychometric testing. Core to the role is to identify individual, team and organisational strategic and operational development needs and then provide and implement best practice solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Leadership development strategies, consultants & deliver of services

A focus on talent pipeline, talent management and succession management

Implement of capability and competency initiatives

Design and delivery of team effectiveness programmes and approaches

Management of external vendors and contractors to deliver OD outcomes

Providing coaching and development services

Stakeholder management with senior leaders

Management of psychometric services

Develop and drive performance culture that supports greater employee engagement

Design, implement and maintain organisational development policies and initiatives to meet organisational current and future objectives

Facilitate and communicate change management
