We appreciate that everyone has busy family lives, personal commitments and interests outside of work, and we wholeheartedly encourage and support our people in their endeavours to maintain work/life balance.
We offer flexible working arrangements, which enables our employees to work from home half a day each week (or one day per fortnight). Most members of our team can be seen popping out during the day for a swim, walk, run or gym session, at a time that best suits them.
Sixty per cent of our employees have been with us for three years or more, while one third of our team has been with us for more than five years. We reward this loyalty with an extra week of paid leave every year, once you have been with T+O+M for three years.
