We have multiple change manager opportunities in Insurance across both Sydney and Brisbane working on financial crime programs of work.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives
- Change Impact Assessment: assess the potential impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organisation, including processes, systems, and people
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, their benefits, and implications
- Develop detailed change plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Support the execution of change initiatives, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise
- Coordinate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, systems, or roles.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions during the change process.
About you:
- 3+ years proven hands-on, end-to-end change manager experience within the financial sector
Must have recent financial crime OR regulatory driven program experience
Located in Sydney or Brisbane
