Our client is seeking a talented UX Content Designer to support the delivery of their innovative Digital Enablement program.
🔍 Job Description Summary:
As a Content Designer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing employee platforms such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, WalkMe and more. Collaborate with stakeholders across a global function to deliver engaging and user-centric content.
🚀 Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver content design services across multiple workstreams, end to end
- Work closely with a small content design team
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships for seamless collaboration
- Provide advice for stakeholders on content using content guidelines
💡 Preferred Competencies/Skills:
- Expertise in UX design with a content focus
- Strong content authoring and copywriting skills
- Experience with content publishing, particularly in Sharepoint
- Ability to conduct user research and measure content effectiveness
- Familiarity with content audits and UX/UI uplift
- You'll have a consultative approach and be able to advise on content
🌏 Preferred Experience:
- Proven track record in delivering content for accessibility and global audiences
- Agile project experience and familiarity with Jira
- Passion for uplifting content capability in non-content professionals
