In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end finance function and lead their high-performing team. Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical accounting assessments and preparing working papers.
- Managing month-end close processes and related reporting requirements.
- Providing oversight of cash management and treasury activities.
- Ensuring compliance with capital management and regulatory capital reporting.
- Driving strategic projects focused on simplicity and process improvement.
- Leading team management and development initiatives.
- ESG and Sustainability reporting.
- Performing ad hoc reporting and transaction analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- CA or CPA qualification with an excellent academic background.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise.
- Experience in financial accounting, tax, and control frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Relevant experience working in an investment management or a similar organization.
