• Injury Management Specialist role, working for ASX listed organisation

TOM Executive are pleased to be partnering with an ASX-listed organisation in the energy infrastructure space. They are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join their Health & Wellbeing team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in driving Health and Safety practices, ensuring the well-being of valued employees. This is an exciting opportunity to provide injury management expertise in-house, with exposure to health and wellbeing management.

Duties:

• Process workers’ compensation claims.
• Conduct injury assessments and case management.
• Analyse safety performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of workers compensation and injury management best practices.
• Excellent advisory and implementation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
