This role will be embedded within the Business Ops and Delivery team, assuming a leadership role in guiding the business analysis team. The team is instrumental in furnishing solutions and analysis to various scheme teams. Your primary responsibility is spearheading API platform solutions and analysis, ensuring the comprehensive development, capture, and delivery of requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold business analysis standards
  • Conduct gap analyses to sustain 100% requirement coverage 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Developers, and Testers 
  • Deliver BA Artefacts adhering to the organisations standards
  • Manage Product Backlog: Identify, document, and refine user stories, enhancing the granularity of acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
     

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an Integration Specialist, Tech Lead or similar, specialising in large-scale API platform delivery to external developers 
  • Prior expertise in: API design catering to external developers 
  • Designing API portals for customer onboarding and service Testing API sandbox environments 
  • Proficiency in technologies such as REST, JSON, MTLS, OAuth 
  • Proficient in tools like SWAGGER, POSTMAN, GITHUB 
  • Familiarity with systems like APIGEE, DRUPAL, AWS, or equivalents
  • Thorough understanding of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation), demonstrating the capability to independently gather Business and Systems requirements 
  • Desirable familiarity with PCI-DSS requirements 
  • Familiar with ISO 20022 standard
