Manager - Finance Projects (Must have insurance experience)

Excellent opportunity to join this leading insurance business, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract but there will be long-term opportunities for a high-performer.

You will help deliver a key insurance project and lead the finance stream of this.

Responsibilities:

Ownership and delivery of the finance stream of a key insurance program
 Assisting the finance team on the implementation of IFRS 17
Management of key project budgets and deadlines
Ownership of the finance stream of this program to ensure all data and information flows are correct and accurate
Ad hoc analysis and reporting

Experience:

Must have strong experience across finance projects, it will be seen favourably if you have previous experience with capital management
Experience working across insurance is essential
CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
Previous experience working with IFRS 17 will be extremely beneficial
Strong understanding of finance and accounting systems and mapping
Strong communicator and an ability to work in a dynamic environment
