Responsibilities:
- Lead and embed a standardised approach to BS reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements by resolving discrepancies
- Evaluate and enhance current processes with cross functional team collaboration.
Ideal Candidate:
- CA/CPA Qualified with 5+ years of progressive post qualification exposure in financial control
- Demonstrated ability implementing best practice for BS reconciliations and control frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, strong understanding of accounting principles and Financial Services experience preferred
