Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Payments

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to $190k package
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst experienced in payments to shape and execute payment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into requirements.
- Analyze payment processes and systems, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Lead design and implementation of payment solutions, focusing on quality and compliance.
- Provide expertise on New Payments Platform (NPP) and other payment technologies.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for payment initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments, with knowledge of NPP.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile or iterative development methodologies preferred.
