  • $100 - $110k + super + discretionary bonus

TOM Executive is pleased to partner with a leading financial services firm to find their next Team Assistant. In this busy, highly varied role, you will provide high-level administrative support to a leadership team including calendar management, travel booking and meeting & event coordination. This position is ideal for someone highly organised and proactive, with prior experience supporting a leadership team and the ability to hit the ground running.

Duties:

  • Supporting the schedules of Leadership Team members, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and commitments.
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics for the team, including booking flights, accommodations and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Assist in organising meetings and planning team events, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing materials and coordinating orientation schedules.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support at a senior management level.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all tasks.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial services background preferred.
