The Opportunity
This role offers a rare chance to support the build of independent IT and business systems during a major organisational shift. You’ll provide strategic and day-to-day legal advice on commercial contracts and technology procurement, playing a key role in enabling business transformation at scale.
About You
- 4–7 years PQE, with a background in technology, digital, and commercial contracts
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments
- Pragmatic, proactive, and commercially-minded
- Experience in private practice and/or in-house legal teams (retail or large organisations a bonus)
