T+O+M Executive’s Finance team hosted their first CFO masterclass of 2024 on 22nd February.

In a wide ranging discussion, the 3 panel speakers - Anna Jepson, CFO of IB&M at Commonwealth Bank, Tania Foster, CFO at Colonial First State and Richard Gardham, CFO at Rugby Australia - spoke about the importance of grabbing opportunities, especially those outside of Finance, in gaining different perspectives and having exposure to different stakeholders that ultimately made them successful in the role of a CFO.

Another key topic of conversation was how to set boundaries to maintain a work life balance that not only benefits themselves as individuals but also those with whom they work.
