As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in analysing and interpreting complex data to provide actionable recommendations that empower our organization to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Typical requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business/Economics, Statistics, or Data Science related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and familiarity with data mining concepts.
