Data Governance

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity and proper management of our data assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Define data governance roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance requirements and objectives.
• Conduct data quality assessments and define data quality metrics.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
• Develop and implement data classification and data security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy laws.
• Monitor data access and usage to enforce data governance policies.

• Strong experience and knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practice
• Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory exposure
• Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data quality, metadata, and data lineage.\
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of data management frameworks.
