Rob joined T+O+M in 2019 after spending eight years recruiting in project services and business transformation in the Midlands region of England, and more recently, London.
Rob places senior level business transformation and product roles across commerce and industry. He is passionate about placing candidates in roles in which they can really make a difference in terms of delivery and transformation.
Outside of work, Rob is a news and current affairs junkie, and Alan Partridge would be his chosen topic on Mastermind.
If he could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: the ability to plaster walls.
