 Shaney brings more British charm to the team as she originally hails from the UK but has lived in Sydney since 2019.


Before joining T+O+M Executive, Shaney initially flexed her HR muscles at an HR consultancy as a client onboarding coordinator before turning to recruitment across business support, marketing and HR roles.


As a Senior consultant, Shaney places a range of HR roles from junior to mid-level, predominately focusing on the banking, financial services and insurance sectors.

Shaney is most complimented on her ability to provide strong communication and build rapport with candidates and clients.

Professionally, Shaney is passionate about providing exceptional care to both candidates and clients, with a focus on adding genuine value at every step of the recruitment journey.


Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog Monty, travelling and trying all the amazing restaurants in Sydney.

If Shaney could spend a year learning a new skill, it would be: learning to play tennis.
