Market update March 2023: Change Management

In case you missed the T+O+M Talk video, here's a summary from Thomas Fowler on recruitment activity for Change Management at the start of 2023. 

  • As with Projects & Transformation, there is a shift towards permanent & FTC roles with a resultant slow down in daily rate contract opportunities

  • There is also an influx of overseas talent from London Hong Kong and Singapore with excellent experience and lower salary expectations.\

  • There has been an increase in cyber related transformations programs and risk and regulatory work continues to be a constant

  • As such, candidates with cloud, cyber or artificial intelligence exposure will be in demand

  •  Clients should still move fast on high calibre candidates and demonstrate the leadership and training that a company can provide to attract talent
