Market update March 2023: Change Management

In case you missed the T+O+M Talk video, here's a summary from Thomas Fowler on recruitment activity for Change Management at the start of 2023.

As with Projects & Transformation, there is a shift towards permanent & FTC roles with a resultant slow down in daily rate contract opportunities
There is also an influx of overseas talent from London Hong Kong and Singapore with excellent experience and lower salary expectations.\
There has been an increase in cyber related transformations programs and risk and regulatory work continues to be a constant
As such, candidates with cloud, cyber or artificial intelligence exposure will be in demand
Clients should still move fast on high calibre candidates and demonstrate the leadership and training that a company can provide to attract talent
