My client, a fast paced Financial Services organisation, requires an experienced Organisational Change Manager to work within the Change and Organisational Design team on a large scale risk transformation program. This team ensure that all projects and new processes land successfully across the business and have extensive experience embedding change to ensure benefits realisation.
Develop and implement change Management practices to determine optimal readiness approach and plans.
Stakeholder engagement plans
Change Impact Assessments
Communication and Engagement plans
Post Implementation Review
Prepares and submits organisational readiness document deliverables in support of proposed approaches and plans
Extensive experience working with senior business stakeholders
Consults with project teams and key stakeholders for input and approval of deliverables
Appropriately manages risks and issues in accordance with operating model program governance
Develops, maintains and executes stakeholder engagement plans
Qualification & Experience:
Change Management Certification (Prosci/CMI Accreditation)
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with projects requiring internal communication plans and change methodologies
Experience in delivering change in large scale, complex transformation projects across culture, process and technology
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Experience working in Financial Services is desirable
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight time-frames
